It's one hour into dinner service at Hardy's Hogtown Brasserie and the waitress informs famished diners that, "It's been so busy, we are out of everything except burgers and pulled pork sandwiches."
Nice try. We were the first ones in, so unless you have a drive-thru window we don't know about, being too busy isn't the real reason for being unprepared. It's simple: either they didn't bother stocking up from the night before, or they know absolutely nothing about running a restaurant.
